Does It All
All-mountain bikes are perfect for climbing, descending steep terrain, and all-day adventures. They have longer travel than a trail bike but less travel than enduro bikes putting them in the sweet spot. The Rocky Mountain Instinct C50 Bike is capable of tackling technical trail riding but still allows you to push the pedals hard on the climbs. It comes with a SMOOTHWALL Carbon frame that uses 150mm of travel on the front and 140mm of travel on the rear. The frame features a press-fit bottom bracket, internal cable routing, 2-bolt ISCG-05 tabs, RIDE-9 adjustable geometry, and integrated frame protection.
The Carbon 50 version of the Rocky Mountain Instinct comes with a Shimano XT 12-speed drivetrain. This includes a cassette that has a hill-crushing 10-51T gear range that makes climbing and pedaling through difficult terrain much easier. Shimano SLX Trail 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes provide exceptional stopping power so you can descend with confidence. WTB ST Light i30 TCS 2.0 Tubeless Rims are paired with Maxxis Minion tires that can be set up tubeless for a smoother ride, better traction, and fewer flats. With the Rocky Mountain Toonie Dropper Post, you'll be able to quickly lift and lower your saddle with the press of a lever.
